happy saturday readers! i hope everyone is having a relaxing and joyful weekend day. here in kansas city, it has been quite gloomy and rainy all afternoon. i took my time preparing for my day this morning; drinking a few cups of coffee on the back porch hanging out with the dogs i was watching, and working on a essay for my last final of the semester. i had an unfortunate event today with a "hit and run", but we managed to fix up my car a bit and i am perfectly fine!
i have also completed all of my christmas shopping today, which is wonderful! i just need to add a few extra touches to some items i bought from thrift stores today' fixing up items makes great presents! i have also filled my boyfriend's stocking, along with my cats. i am now officially ready for christmas.
