friday on my mind

the weekend is here, finally! it started off extremely well. walked around first fridays last night and the first stop was the food trucks behind my lofts. although there is never very much for me to eat there, my boyfriend and friend both got bbq from an all organic bbq food truck. walked around, looked at craft/jewerly tables, random art shows, and took a few pictures during the evening. after dark, we went on top of my friend's work office and had a roof-top view of the downtown/crossroads area. it was so pretty, i plan on hopefully going back during the day for a lunch and to snap a few more photos in the daylight. i ended up going to a friend's apartment warming get together and danced for hours (brings back memories!). the weather was amazing last night and makes me extremely excited for fall to be here. ah... the pumpkin spice lattes, colorful leaves on trees, camping trips with warm evening fires, halloween, thanksgiving.. the list goes on forever.
