(recipe cards/holder from my great grandmother)



  i have come to realize i took for granted all of the beautiful parks that i grew up close to. i used to love exploring longview lake, which is right by a class that i am taking at a different school location, and i remembered how giant and wonderful it is in the fall season. i had another long, early-morning rising day today: went to my internship before the students arrive to school, went to a seminar class, had dinner with my family, then back home to finish homework for tomorrow... then on to the rest of my full week! i am so lucky to be completely free on saturdays, which will probably change when i find a seasonal job for my winter break. 
   i have some news to share! i decided on re-opening my etsy account to sell my vintage finds and hand-made items. i will probably be doing some of my first shop postings this weekend, since i will be having a friend help model them, and be on the lookout for items i can bring back to life. i'm hoping this shop will be successful!
