swinging from you

(first time trying Yerba Mate.. made the right way.)

(to hold thread and things in.)

 (lovely bags and a hat.)

(sweater: forever 21, dress: thrifted, collared shirt: dad's closet, necklace: mom's closet, owl ring: forever 21, tights: target, loafers: thrifted.)

Student talk: don't you despise those Saturdays that are spent three quarters of doing homework?! Yes, that is what today was. My morning was packed of readings, online quizzes  and an essay (which will still need to be finished tomorrow). Well, at least it is all almost done.
I managed to take a break from my full blown "responsible student time" and went to go to where my friend Sarah is staying to look at all the items she is selling before she heads home. I bought two lovely cross-body bags, a holder for thread and sewing things, and a few other odds and ends. I also tried Yerba Mate, which was quite a bitter tea. All the less, I enjoyed it though, it tasted like a strong Earl Gray to me (they are both attached to it though!).

  7. Love your purchases! Yerba is a popular herbal medicine here but I never tried it as tea. :)

  14. I love that you always infuse other photos from your day into your blog. I really don't take photos of things around me, but I should be doing more of that! I wish I could get into tea...I've tried every kind but I just can't find one that tastes tolerable to me so far. What a sweet cardi and pretty red dress you're wearing! Also..swoooon-those bags! I love :)

  15. It's funny how being Argentinian, I never liked Mate and always hated when my family shared it because I hate the smell of it, hahaha!
