(dress: macys, cropped sweater: free people, tights: target, flats: h&m, flower headband: shabby apple)
One would think, with my week free of work and just beginning the start of my summer courses, that life would be so simple and carefree. I feel as if I've been running in circles around the city, but isn't that what everyone does with their many days off?! I am also noticing the fact that summer break is causing me to sleep in more... this might just be the source of my rather packed days.
Today, I picked a few books off a bookshelf, some veggies and fruits from the fridge, a brand new dress, and lounged on the second story patio after my daily tasks where completed. Surprisingly, all of the items I picked out to wear today were non-second hand pieces. I honestly cannot recall a time this has happened. Most of my wardrobe is either thrifted or vintage, I suppose these newer items just called to me today.
