a hello, mr. rabbit pop-up shop event

I am proud to announce, and invite each and everyone of you (well, I know the majority resides far away), to my first Post-Holiday Pop-Up Shop. Throwing an event and organizing one has been a goal of mine for awhile now. With the holidays ending, school about to start, and some free time over my break I decided to coordinate a pop-up shop. Local businesses/talent will be displayed, ranging from raw vegan chocolates to crocheted treasures, along with a few bands later in the evening. Oh, and of course some vintage odds and ends from your's truly. If you are a Kansas City local, or nearby, I'd love to meet you and chat with you here this Saturday, the 18th!

I have really set my mind on the fact that 2014 is the year I am going to "do it all". I am so happy to be starting out the year with hosting my first-ever event. There is a Facebook event created, and we hung flyers all over town. Although this is simply a trail run, which is why this is hosted at a house, I am really foreseeing great things to come out of this.
I also realized how hard coordinating events truly is, and huge props for those who do this as a job. I'd love to give a huge thanks to all of the people who helped get this organized with me. I can't believe it's only three days away, and I couldn't be happier to see how this goes.

  2. Congrats on the pop up shop! It sounds like it will be a blast! I live 3 hours away and would consider attending, but I made plans otherwise for this upcoming weekend. Nonetheless, I wish you so much luck that this event is everything you want it to be. This is so inspiring that you managed to pull this all together and coordinate it! So amazing!
