(my families stockings over my parent's fireplace)
i am spending most of my day at my parent's house; working on homework, washing clothes, etc. i have a long week ahead of studying for finals and finishing up the last essays of the semester. i will be such a busy bee this last week of my classes, but after that i will have so much free time. it is always a give and take! planning on packing up my items for my new home, baking many vegan goodies, and getting many sewing projects done over my winter break from school.
i updated with a post location at the ruins before, here, in the early part of the year. it is such a lovely, abandon place near longview lake. in the spring/summer time, it is so full of color and wildlife. in the winter/fall, it is a dark and empty, yet beautiful place. it is perfect for summertime sitting and chatting, while drinking an iced latte from a nearby local coffee house.
readers, what are you most excited to do over the holiday season (if you have a break/taking time off work)?
lovely pictures. Your decorations are so cute, I wish we had a big enough fireplace to hang our stockings! I can't wait to stop sixth form for Christmas, I'll be, like you, getting lots of sewing projects finished, including a lot of textiles coursework and unfortunately working :(

Such a pretty dress! The color is fantastic! Good luck on your last week of finals :) p.s. I'm mostly looking forward to being lazy on the couch (something that I haven't done in months!) and organizing my home. It may sound boring, but when you're busy with school sometimes you can't even do those things hehe!
ReplyDeleteOoh, the collar is truly the dreamiest that I've seen! I love that colour too! <3 So so so beautiful!
