(morning coffee walks to Broadway Cafe.)
I can always live with the high of 78 degrees weather. I honestly can't think of a more perfect degree for summer weekends. The morning was a cool middle 60's on my walk to grab coffee, and then for my afternoon of mini golfing. I actually managed to hit a hole-in-one and win a free game at the very end (extremely until me, being coordinated with a type of sport). I can also enjoy some porch time while writing this post... without having any sort of heat bothering me. Yes, I love cool summer weather.
I have also been experimenting with pickling some fresh veggies I have received I needed to find more uses for them! I am not normally a fan of green beans, so I am hoping the sweet brine will make them a good fit for my taste buds.
Super love your outfit. Wish I was in 78 degree weather, instead I'm dealing with 110 degrees (combated by staying in the ac all day). Wish I could go on outdoor adventures, like mini-golf! But fall will be here soon, and I'll get to go outside again.
ReplyDeleteLove that top! I agree, high 70s are the best! Pickled green beans are awesome. I usually make Dilly Beans, which are essentially pickled green beans with lots of dill. Yum! I'm canning some spiced pickled okra tomorrow and am PUMPED about it!

You look so sophisticated in this outfit :) That's cool that you're pickling your own vegetables - I've never thought of doing that with my leftover veggies but it's a great idea. And I agree, the 70s are the best temperatures. We've been having 70s all summer but I know August is bound to bring the dreaded triple digits.
ReplyDeleteNice outfit and I wish it was warmer over here...
