(purchased two of my favorite childhood reads, remember these?!)
(best thrifting find in awhile, a Jon Anton fortune telling teacup.)
Although exploring new places is one of my favorite things to do, I seem to get wrapped into the same destinations... with an occasional new pin point. I forced myself not to go to the usual antiquing spots that are safe, but instead head to the Cowtown Mallroom this Sunday. I would highly recommend this lively flea market, there was even live bands playing and I got free popcorn! Although, venturing here within the last hour of being open was disappointing, many of the vendor owners were no where to be asked about pricing... which is nice for my wallet though.
I also took a little trip to Nature's Own Market, which is a local health food store within a short walk of my apartment. I gathered up weekly produce and odds and ends for a Mexican fest my boyfriend and I had for dinner. Today is also a complete masterpiece because I am now the proud owner of VSCO Film for Lightroom, and it seriously is one of the highlights for my summer. I owe presets 1-3 and couldn't be happier with how my photographs are so enhanced by this package. Please, let me know your thoughts on them!
The photos look great! I was delighted to see a copy of the Secret Garden- I haven't read that book since I was twelve, but I'm reading it to my infant daughter now and finding myself loving it!
